VIDEO PRODUCTION | I collaborated with Magnum Foundation and my mentor, photographer Marilyn Nance, for The Festac Memory Project, to remix a few iconic images from her Festac ‘77 photo archive into a video that tells a few of the stories that encapsulate the essence of that event and era.

LOGO DESIGN | I designed a logo for Butter & Scotch Luncheonette, a sweet local cafe and diner opening soon in my Bed-Stuy Brooklyn neighborhood.

GRAPHIC DESIGN | I created this set of illustrated title cards in a cool, Black, urban version of a Norman Rockwell holiday style, for Black-Owned Brooklyn's Holiday Gift Guide.

ANIMATED LOGO & SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN | The Runaway Witch Tour | I created the animated logo and poster design as Instagram promotional material for Junauda Petrus' book tour sequel.

WEBSITE DESIGN | Junauda.com | I created a website for writer and artist Junauda Petrus, to showcase her literary and performance work.

WEBSITE DESIGN AND ANIMATION: THE SUN RISES IN THE EAST | I designed the website for the release of the documentary film by Cynthia and Tayo Giwa of Black-Owned Brooklyn, about the Brooklyn community organization that had a huge impact on the face of Black leadership and autonomy in the 70s. I also created the animations from vintage East photographs, featured on each page.

WEBSITE DESIGN | I designed the websites for Healthy Home Pediatrics & Dr. Lena, MD, two Black- & woman-owned medical practices providing pediatric care via house calls.

GRAPHIC DESIGN: MUSEUM WALL PANELS | MAGNOLIA PROJECT | I created this series of large 5×7' wall panels for The Magnolia Project Exhibition at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African-American History & Culture.

GRAPHIC DESIGN: POSTER: WHY BREASTFEEDING IS BEST | I created these posters in English and Spanish for a hospital in North Carolina. They are designed to share the benefits of breastfeeding and provide resources to new mothers. I dig the playful, baby-block inspired squares and outlined silhouettes.

GRAPHIC: CCCADI GROUNDBREAKING EVENT PROGRAM | I designed this program with an original illustration for CCCADI'S Groundbreaking Firehouse building event.

GRAPHIC DESIGN: CCCADI ROOTS & STARS SERIES | This poster was created to highlight a CCCADI series devoted to exploring themes of Afrofuturism as it related to urban Diaspora dwellers via the work of Octavia Butler. I loved the opportunity to incorporate the amazing artwork used in her iconic book covers.

GRAPHIC DESIGN: POSTER | I designed this floral seasonal calendar for CCCADI.

GRAPHIC DESIGN: CCCADI ROOTS & STARS SERIES | Inspired by the event’s topic, I manipulated photographs from a model shoot to create a poster image that illustrates the cosmically intuitive concept of divination.

GRAPHIC DESIGN: POSTCARD | MOCADA MUSEUM EXHIBITION | I designed this postcard for photographer Delphine Fawundu-Buford’s solo exhibition at MoCADA, which examines the legacy of Obama’s presidency on Black and Latino boys. Stylistically, it was fun to find a way to synthesize the instantly recognizable colors of Obama’s Hope campaign, the features of the American flag, and the subject at hand. Discovering the stripes in Delphine’s Es was a treat.

LOGO DESIGN: BROOKLYN SAFARI CLUB | I created this logo for Brooklyn Safari Club, a collective of artists (including Origins Style by Nasozi) who create vibrant home decor and lifestyle apparel inspired by African textiles and traditions.

ALBUM COVER: TO THE LIMIT | I did a photo shoot for recording artist Rayne's new album, To The Limit, and designed the cover, seen here.
